Mental Health Clubhouse in Ramsey County
For more than a year, NAMI Ramsey County’s most significant piece of advocacy and organizing work has centered around the Clubhouse International method. Throughout our learning process, we have discovered truly how impactful a clubhouse is for a community. We have witnessed stories of empowerment and belonging from folks living with mental illnesses at the Vail Communities in Hopkins and Minneapolis. NAMI Ramsey County won a community partnership award from Vail Communities for its advocacy and commitment to creating a new clubhouse that just opened in May 2024.
