State Legislative Advocacy
The legislative committee is a volunteer group of those living with mental illnesses and family members working to influence legislation and public policies that affect the lives of children and adults living with mental illness, their families, and the professionals who care for them. The Legislative Committee meets monthly and is always looking for more volunteers to help in achieving their vision.
Clubhouse
For more than a year, NAMI Ramsey County’s most significant piece of advocacy and organizing work has centered around the Clubhouse International method. Throughout our learning process, we have discovered truly how impactful a clubhouse is for a community.
