Support Groups

NAMI Minnesota offers free peer-led support groups in Ramsey County for people living with mental illnesses as well as groups for their family members, partners/spouses, parents, and friends.

Family Support and Skills Group

  • First and third Thursdays of the month
  • 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
  • This free facilitated program explores how to be resilient through the impact of ambiguous loss, a concept first described by U of MN professor and psychologist Pauline Boss. There is also time for caregiver check-in and support. You do not need to be a resident of Roseville to participate. NAMI Connection Support Group – Ramsey County

  • Tuesdays
  • 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
